These Terms govern your use of PostRoost. By using PostRoost, you agree to them. PostRoost is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp."X" and related marks belong to their owner.

The service

PostRoost lets you sync, view, search, and organize your X bookmarks, add notes/tags/folders, and (on Pro) generate AI summaries. Features may change over time.

Eligibility & your X account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and have a valid X account. You authorize PostRoost to access your X bookmarks via X's API using OAuth. You remain bound by X's own terms, and you must not use PostRoost in any way that violates them. You can revoke our access at any time in your X settings.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Don't use PostRoost for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Your content

Bookmarks, notes, tags, and folders remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display this content to you in order to provide the service. You're responsible for the content you save.

Subscriptions & billing

• PostRoost offers a Free tier and a paid Pro plan ($9/month or $90/year, or as listed at checkout).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Third-party services

PostRoost relies on third parties including X, Stripe, and xAI. We're not responsible for their services, availability, or changes to their APIs, which may affect PostRoost's functionality.

Disclaimers

PostRoost is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every bookmark will sync, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be error-free, particularly where third-party APIs impose limits or change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostRoost and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using PostRoost at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that location, unless your local law requires otherwise.
